A few days ago Rebecca Bostrom of Expressions Photography had a wonderful afternoon with one of our local families. They went to the park together, laughed, played and created some lasting memories. Once the sessions was over Rebecca edited the images and showed them to the family so they could place their order for images. Of course the family loved the images and this afternoon she received a beautiful thank you note from the family…here are a couple of the things that she was told. Expressions Photography loves take family photos and creating beautiful portraits from the photography. When you get ready for family photography be sure and give us a call.

Back to 1944….

Today I had the honor of standing inside one of those famous planes that carried our brave troops to jump over Normandy on that June day 1944. I have to admit I’d never really thought much about what must have taken place that day. But today all that changed as I stepped into that plane and sat in the same seats where so many had sat before waiting to jump into unknown places and defend the freedom I so often take for granted. I stood in the very isle where Soldiers waited to parachute into battle. I can’t imagine the thoughts that must have been rushing through these men as the time came for them to stand and then jump out into the unknown.

I don’t know who you are guys but I’m so thankful that you were willing to make the ultimate sacrifice so I might enjoy Freedom today.
